Interesting view of the neighborhood – and downtown, in the distance. Looks like Poncho could almost get there. No other trees to wrap himself around, check. But no trees or hydrants to pee on!

Chaz needs to look up the word ‘dimbulb’ on wikipedia…

Since Chaz isn’t paying attention, he could’ve had the line already cut from the tree, or just had two of the things.

Once around the corner he tricks Hudson into “watching” it for him and he’s gone!

He’s all strung out.

It seems like Chazz is getting dumber and more gullible.

My husband is a musician & worked on the Delta Queen Steamboat (how we met- I took a cruise). A frequently asked question was "did the boat supply it’s own electric power? It did but I always pictured a loooong electric cord plugged into the home port (New Orleans) that they would wind & unwind as they went up & down the various rivers.

I like where you are going with this. The whole tied up but unfettered vibe. Sort of like federal prison for the rich and famous. Confining but not inconvenient.

That neighborhood looks like Edward Scissorhands.
