No. It’s in a national park, in New York.
There has been speculation that Grant is not truly interred there. Similar to such speculation about Napoleon.
I’ve heard that no one is in Grant’s tomb because it took so long to build the tomb that they didn’t want to transfer his body when it was finally finished. Now it’s a national monument.
