Stantis pivots from Hatred Of Hillary, to criticism of Congress for ‘not doing its job’, totally ignoring one party that obstructs any and all meaningful legislation.
I used to know Republicans who thought Congress needed to pass fewer laws, they thought the gridlock was a good thing. Now with Congress having to regulate how much chlorine should be in your tap water and which formula of gas goes in pickup trucks , (hyperbole, folks), Congress will grind to a stop.
Maybe Americans can start demanding more of Congress…………………………………………………..Republican: “Have you ever hated the poor?”……….Libertarian: “Have you ever hated the poor…on Weeeeeeedddddddd?”
I had a friend once who lost, literally, everything he owned (with the exception of one cardboard box of stuff he hadn’t cared enough to pick up from a friend’s place yet). Said it was kind of liberating, and maybe it was, but you won’t see me seeking weirdly extreme solutions, and I sure as h-ck won’t pretend they’re wonderful opportunities.

Is doing nothing all that bad?
If they ever got busy repealing and abolishing and disbanding things, taking vacations would be a bad thing.
But the great abolition of agencies — ICC, CAB, etc. — of Jimmy Carter and Ted Kennedy is long over.
“Only Nixon could go to China.”
“Only Jimmy Carer and Ted Kennedy could reduce government.”

Good luck with having Congress make substantive thoughtful laws. Pretty sure SCOTUS doesn’t believe that either.

Don’t worry. Congress will continue to allow legislation to be written by special interest groups like the unAmerican Federalist Society.

Step 1 – write an actual definition of “national security” when talking about what the executive branch can do!!
