I don’t think I’ve watched more than 15 channels of the 200 I have. The bundles don’t work since you need to buy 3 bundles to watch the channels you want. Someone needs to invent a service so you only pay for channels that you watch
But you are also supporting the channels you don’t watch or are even in the same plan you have. I didn’t like supporting religion channels that we didn’t watch. Or foreign language networks we did not understand. And if I am sending money to a cable company why do I still get commercials? Cable TV boasted of a la carte plans and no commercials when it first started but by 1975 that was over and done with. Satellite and streaming services are a bit better and overall cost less than a big box cable service. You have to study it out and make your choices.
Wasn’t there a service that offered a customized plan where you would only pay for/receive the channels you wanted? I’m guessing it went by the wayside…
No cable TV, I put up an antenna with a amp that is powered through the antenna coax, I get all the major stations, and quite a few others like ME TV, the signal is not compressed so the picture is good. I get four PBS stations, one is the kids channel, same for NBC, ABC, CBS. Google over the air tv for your location.

There isn’t one regular TV show that I watch; and Bruce Springsteen thought there were too many choices with 57 channels.

I had to get rid of cable. I was only watching 2 hours/week. At $10/hour, it’s not worth it.
