Gasses become more soluble the colder the liquid becomes and the can is probably flexible enough to bulge out when the liquid freezes, so this is unlikely. Glass bottles will break when liquid expands as it freezes. If you want your can to explode, put it in the oven, not the freezer.

I’ve done that with a beer a couple of times without any problem. I never leave it in longer than 10 minutes.

In my experience, you won’t get a popsicle. The cans explode, spraying cola all over the freezer.
