I don’t DO Christmas cards, and I make no apology for it. I used to work in the sales department of a specialty oil and grease manufacturing company, and I had to hand address between 400 and 600 cards every year for my salesmen. Overachiever that I was, my cards weren’t just handwritten, they were hand lettered (calligraphy). Once I left that job after 22 years, I decided I was done.
Save time too if it is read in a warm sentimental way over the office sound system. Better yet, a YouTube or Tik Tok bite but don’t include anything about the current date so you can use it again in the future.
I quit sending cards 50 years ago when we were so broke it would have actually been a serious burden. Most people didn’t send one the next year, and almost everyone had stopped by five years. I still have one relative who sends one, but she is doing it partly as a joke. II may surprise her with a return card some day, just for the fun of it.

Most cards go in the trash or recycling anyway after being read once. This just makes sense.
