Chainsaw? Maybe. Excavator? You bet!

Half of a large pear tree fall across my driveway once. The guy across the cul-de-sac was coming out dressed for the office and saw me starting to work on it. So he turned around and took the day off so he “play with a chainsaw”. The guy next door joined in, too. I let them take as much firewood as they wanted.

My next book will be titled “Power Tools I have Known and Loved”, or “It doesn’t matter if your nickname is ‘Twig’, don’t cut your own limbs”.

A mans dream!

now that i’m almost done cleaning up the white aspens on our property (digging the stumps up manually, no excavator…), i’d like to take my chainsaw to the property next door that our neighbor has let return to nature. the ever-expanding grove of white aspens there will soon be sending roots back into our property…

The zombies have already gotten to him, haven’t they?
