You go, Rover! Tomatoes are not good for dogs, anyway!

Red should have realised that green peas can be used in pea shooters.

Presentation over function, not for Rover. For my Rugby, meal time is very serious business. But, it’s the thought that counts and you can count on Red not doing that again! Ha

Must be the peas, one of our Boston Terriers could clean the bowl and leave the peas if there were any.

The are considered ‘ammo’ on the dinner plate.

Red, it’s more like adding Ammo to Rovers chow.

Amazing how a dog can eat around a couple peas in an entire bowl of pea-sized dog food.

My late loving wife and I had 2 Chihuahua’s and a Catahoula Leopard dog, they all loved peas, carrots(raw and cooked) and small amounts of tomatoes. They also loved peanut butter and the female Chihuahua loved bananas too.

I took my dog with me to the eye doctor today. (The dr insists on it.) As we went down the hallway to my exam room, my dog kept trying to avoid moving forward. She tried to back up and not enter the room. I finally asked if there was someone in one of the other rooms who was very ill, or in a lot of pain? My dr suddenly remembered there was a patient in another room that we had passed by who had cancer and was in very bad shape. I said my dog knew and was trying to get to her. My dr also has a therapy dog, so she totally understood. Finally, we got my dog settled in my room and exams commenced. Can’t get anything past my dog. She knows who needs support and comfort. It’s pretty amazing sometimes.
