I loved the Monkees almost as much as the Beatles—especially that charming Davy Jones. Now, they’re all gone, except for Micky Dolenz.

I’ve been a Monkees fan since they first aired. Yes, I was not quite 2, but apparently I loved them enough where it was written in my baby book that I loved their music. I’ve always been a Peter Tork girl. My daughter & I had the undeniable thrill of meeting Micky Dolenz in 2023. (My daughter’s 1st concert was Micky Dolenz in February of 2020.)

I absolutely loved the Monkeys! And it looks like my little darlings do, too!

It was such a a fun show show. It’s been in syndication frequently, such that my 9 year old nephew has watched the show.

Was there any doubt?

The Pre-Fab Four! They worked very hard to play their own instruments and not have a “house band” do it for them.

Monkeys, a timeless morning staple. Also a big Johnny Quest and Looney Tunes fan!

I still love the Monkees. Sadly, only Micky is left.

The Monkees are/were highly evolved humans.

The Parlogram Auctions YouTube channel started out reviewing Beatles music, but now they’ve started covering Monkees albums, so I’m listening to them again myself.
