Back in the day, a new nurse comes to the Miami senior center. See sees all the old folks sitting around all day, drinking coffee and eating pastry. She tries to start an exercise class, but no one is interested.

Then she announces a Senior Salsa class. She comes in in a frilly dress with two young male instructors. Puts on some old school music. First day she has three students. By the end of the week it’s up to fifty and they have to add an afternoon class.

People hate cardio, but they love to shake their tail feathers.

Anti-tank cardio?

I took my dad to cardio rehab yesterday. He’s doing it twice a week for 36 sessions. He’s not Haywire tough, but close enough. This week has been amazing for Haywire fans. We got Tank, Honey, Breezy, and Hazy. I absolutely adore the characters, artwork, and dialog. ☺️❤️

Honey, you only have to worry about cardio if Tank tries and fails to stop him.

Honey may hate Cardio, but she loves people loing her figure. SO it’s six of one, half dozen of another.

Nice to see Fireball again, though not tied up.
