Rose: Leaning against my "Let things be" tree is my therapy... After a leaning session...I'm able to...just...let things be... Oh, sure...I get my share of cynics and skeptics!
My “let it be tree” is watching the Lord of the Rings (for the sixty-seventh time) with my blankets wrapped around my shoulders, a cup of hot cocoa in my hands and the promise of tomorrow after a good night’s sleep.
Coffee, my Barcalounger and Sportscenter turned down so low you can hear the voices but not recognize what they’re saying. Drink the coffee, recline the chair and nap. Wake up refreshed and no longer worried.
Now, now; John was just stating his own preference. After all, others did above him. Give me a bicycle and an empty highway on a warm summer morning – meditative and runner’s high, both together. :)
My “let it be” is reading the comic’s, between these and all the web comic’s I read (most of which I’ve found thanks to comments to these cartoons) I let most of my worries dissipate. If that doesn’t work there is always the motorcycle and just going for a ride.
Yeah, I didn’t get how the happy symbols around the bunny made it one of her ‘cynics and skeptics’… maybe the bunny was laughing at her for needing a tree to just let things be… we humans are funny with the things it takes for us to ‘let it be’
I’m happy if I’m watching a movie I feel like ( or in the mood for) and have something to snack on….(I hate when i don’t because then I want to go look but i know there isn’t anything there…)……….life’s simple treasures…

The rabbit has music notes, hearts, and rainbows over its head. This is being cynical????

What’s the six-wedge circle? Looks like a badly colored Trivial Pursuit piece.

Yon ‘Rose’ has that ‘lean’ and hungry look! …slight paraphrase from “Julius Caesar”

yeah, I prefer hot tubs too – not that I have anything against trees.
And I also don’t really get the cynics and skeptics reference – can anyone help?

My ’Let it be" is the Bible. I focus on God but I also enjoy Nicholas Sparks novels as well as J.R.R. Tolkein and C.S. Lewis.

To me, it looks like the bunny is laughing with her, not at her.
