    One of the best snubs is the “I’m-burying-it” ploy. Our cat tried to bury the guavas that fell off our tree many years ago. (They do tend to smell a little like cat pee.)

    Maybe the Gumbos think they will convince Peek-a-boo to eat by using this approach, but I’ve always figured that the only way to cure a cat of rejecting food is to allow the dog to start eating it….
