Our car has been at our mechanic for over 2 months and they can’t figure out why when we stop at traffic light it surges unless put in neutral (automatic transmission). Husband has been researching online and found it seems to something related to two solenoids.
Really hope they can fix (only 8 years old) as can’t really afford a replacement nor can we actually find one that does not seem to have problems.
Driving around in our 25+ years old van and we have been trying to drive it as little as possible in recent years (serves as second car the two days maximum we are apart in normal times and is used when we do craft shows and go to reenactments as we have a lot of stuff for both types of events to bring. Our small RV (a Chevy van conversion) is too hard to get out of the driveway to use for daily errands – I have to stand in the 4 lane main road we live on with a walkie talkie and tell husband when to back out – then he pulls up to curb and I have to quickly jump in so we don’t get sideswiped, it actually would not hold the 16 bags of groceries we lately have been buying at time so we only have go out about bimonthly, due to the fixtures in it.

How about: “What goes up must come down sometime”. You can tell Pasquale that and it would be true.

Hopefully, it’s just in for a tune-up and nothing else!

The compressor on the RVAC unit went out! Quick! We need to eat all this ice cream before it melts all over the service bay!
