Chicken 2: The groundhog saw his shadow, so we get six more minutes of winter. Chicken 1: Minutes? Chicken 2: Global warming.
Haha this comic is totally out of sync with this year’s icy weather! And yeah, I wouldn’t use the term “global warming” now. People still seem to look around and say “if global warming is real, why’s it so darn cold?” The answer is pretty simple: a warmer globe causes more extreme weather, on both the hot and cold side of things. But I’d probably say “climate change” now, to avoid any confusion. Scary stuff!
