Well, that happened to me twice and, like the dummy I am, it still lasted, ever since I was about 13, 63 years now.

All he needs to do is find a woman he doesn’t like and buy her a house. That saves a lot of time and attorneys’ fees.

Getting married should be as hard as getting divorced; that would straighten out a lot of things.

It’s not hard to get divorced – just in most cases, more expensive than getting married. But, considering all the hoops my currant bride and I had to jump through, and all the difficulties and paperwork we had to overcome to get married, I never want to think about divorce. Besides, this lovely woman is a keeper. We’ve been together three years and every day it gets better and better.There’s a lot to be said to marrying when you are old enough to know better but also old enough to know you’d better !

Yup. 2nd has been going on for 26 years and we have kids, cats, dogs and houses. No getting out of this one. Not that I would want to.
