When to be afraid when talking to yourself – when you get a reply you didn’t expect!

Talking to yourself is ok, so is answering yourself, however if you talk to yourself and then saying ‘what was that?’ then you are in trouble.

I only talk to myself when I want a decent chance of winning an argument.

A copy of this toon is getting sent to my son who always interrupts my conversations with my self. Usually that’s when I’m getting my dinner together. The talking is a verbal checklist to make certain that everything is out and ready.

I’m not one to talk to myself. I can be so boring.

One of my friends used to say it’s okay to talk to yourself. It’s even okay to answer yourself. But, if you ever say"Huh???"….get professional help. Quickly!!!

The purpose of social media.

Sometimes when I talk to myself that’s the only way to speak to someone who is intelligent. (Just joking, guys.)

Talking to yourself used to be said to mean you were worried about your money in the bank. Those worries have been over for quite awhile. But don’t approach someone talking to themselves. The voices in their heads do not like to be interrupted.

It becomes problematic when that’s the only opinion you listen to.

Littlejohn,,, I attended a church a couple of times where someone would speak in tongues and another would then interpret. The one speaking in tongues would talk for one or two minutes, then the other would supposedly interpret. The interpreter would rattle on for at least five minutes. Was all I could do to keep from laughing it was so fake.

It is nice to talk to someone intelligent for a change.

At one time, not long ago.. talking to yourself labelled you a doddering old man/woman.. now, you are assumed to be on a smart phone. Thank you technology!

Thats what Gandalf said in the Lord of the Rings when he wanted the hobbits to shut up.

It’s OK to talk to myself. It’s really annoying when my other self keeps interrupting the conversation and changing the subject

That is the reason I talk to myself & I know someone is listening.

I don’t expect even that much. I talk to myself because I’m the only one dumb enough to listen!

I like the fact that I never interrupt myself, well almost never.

In this day and age, quite understandable, especially some unrespectable and despicable conservatives figures who shall remain nameless.
