True, membership in my Militant Apathy Party is growing. We may vote, maybe.

Exactly.

This because all the bean counters who are checking these numbers are eating the beans and gassing out. So of course things will rise with a little gas.

Nobody cares anymore.

Ignorance and apathy may both be on the rise, but I don’t know and I don’t care.

Possibly even ignorance, but then we don’t know.

Apathy is pretty much the only way to get to sleep at night.
