I googled and found that Jack was Louis XVI who was beheaded followed by Jill who was Marie Antoniette. The broken crown refers to being beheaded. I have no idea if this is accurate.

Thanks to the comments section here, I now have the accurate interpretation of this classic nursery rhyme.

For some reason, I read that as “His video of Jacking”. Which kids shouldn’t be looking at or doing on video.

It reminds of a “Sesame Street” episode of Jack and Kermit the Frog falling down the hill. (Jill opted out, and Jack replied “Get off my case, baby!”)
