Swamps, lagoons, ponds … the Leech People inhabit them all.

After the swamps it’s definitely “Drain the lagoons” time.

Drain the Swamp! (into the lagoon). Bogs are next.

“Funny” how those screaming to drain the swamp are typically the biggest leaches of all.

Afraid that swamp is too deep to drain.

This reminds me of the lady with a Rhodesian Ridgeback dog off leash in a clearly marked leash your dog area. The dog ended up in a brawl with a coyote in the coyote’s habitat. Now she is calling for the county to “do something” about the coyotes. The rangers gently pointed out the dogs on leash regulation in news interview.

The guy leading the “Drain the Swamp” chants is the actual Swamp Thing. He’s made millions from the swamp. His family has made billions. When he says “Drain the swamp,” he means “…Into my bank account.”
