Not long ago, I had a comment deleted because I referenced the punchline of a “dirty” joke without giving the context that made it off-color. As here, the reader would have to know the joke in advance to get the point, or would have to look it up online, perhaps. This references a much more graphic and perverse joke than mine. Not the biggest of deals, but I was a little annoyed. This strip makes me feel virtually vindicated.
