The Jets could certainly use him or Urban Meyer. Anyone other than the current moron coach Adam Gase. Also, they need to trade that big crybaby Sam Darnold and aggressively pursue Tom Brady or Eli Manning if either or both leave the Patriots and Giants, respectively.

Saban only stayed one year at Miami…what makes one think he would want to go and work for Jerry Jones?

Given the track record of high profile college coaches in the NFL, I’d like to see this precisely because I am NOT a Cowboys fan. Also not an Alabama fan, but I suspect they’d actually come out of the deal better than the Cowboys.

Until jerry jones is out of the picture, Dallas will continue to have problems; the same is true with dan snyder at washington.

The word down here in Texas is that Skeletor (aka Jerrrah Jones) might try to lure Tony Romo out of the broadcast booth to take over in Dallas.

Nick Satan is smart enough to stay where he is. Besides his boss (his wife MS Terri) wouldn’t allow him to take the job. Also the Dallas team quit being the Cowboys in 1996 and has become the Dallas “Jerry Jones”.

I would love to see Saban go to the Cowboys. They deserve him ( and his over-inflated ego.)!

It’s a perfect fit, says someone who’s favorite team is anyone that beats the Cowboys. I can’t stand Jarrah Jones or Nick Saban. I’m a big LSU fan, I’m sure you know what we think about ’Bama!

College coaching is about recruiting ability as much as coaching. The opposite is true in the NFL where GMs make all the recruiting decisions. Different skill sets. That’s why college coaches don’t always do well in the NFL and vice-versa.
