It’s 25°C (77°F) at the moment in my little patch of paradise with the high predicted to be 31°C. (87.8°F) While that may seem cool to many of you in Europe or the U.S., for those of us south of the Equator, and supposedly in the middle of winter, it’s very unusual. The temps have consistently remained 5°C above the historic average for the month. No sense in digging out the winter clothes ( dungarees & long-sleeved shirts ) this year!

Good enough reason for me to go after a 108 degree day today!

Better get to the British Open in the next year or two or else the temps will be in the 80s soon enough in July.
