“Green completed steps that demonstrated his commitment to conforming his conduct to standards expected of NBA players. He has engaged in meetings with a counselor and has met jointly on multiple occasions with representatives of the NBA, the Warriors, and the National Basketball Players Association, both of which will continue throughout the season.”
What’s the biggest d.a.m.n.e.d fine ever levied on a player?
Some other names worthy of consideration: Glen “Big Baby” Davis, Will Bynum and Terrance Williams for insurance fraud. Wander Franco for (allegedly) doing a rather disgusting imitation of Pete Rose and Roger Clemens down in the DR.
I’m sorry, but the NFL needs to get a fair shot at this award. They paid I don’t know how much money to Taylor Swift and probably Travis Kelce to fake a romance all so they could put the Chiefs’ playoff game on streaming only on Peacock which no one outside of WWE-diehards have to try and cover the ridiculous $110 Million bid they did for that game.

PGA’s Jay Monahan seems like a good choice too though. At least a runner up.

So I guess there’s no popular vote by the readers this year?

Oh,my poor Philadelphia Eagles. They’re coming apart like wet tissue paper.
And both NY teams win the last game of the year in a walk. They couldn’t have done that BEFORE????

I don’t follow professional basketball, so I have no clue who Draymond Green is, nor what he’s done to earn an SJOY nomination.
Greg Norman seems to be a perfect choice as the frontman and mouthpiece for Saudi’s PIF (Public Investment Fund) and LIV Golf. Talk about hypocrisy!

Not Dan Synder? Maybe there should be a separate division for owners.

“I could have gazed into a coconut”, which would have qualified either Mr. Tank, OR, Madame Zara to be a television weather ’forecaster".
