“Leaving no trail on the wet ground”? Best ground there is for leaving a trail. And what does the flood of Noah in the first few panels have to do with this? Apparently weeks of rising water drove the night people out of their homes? If they use paleolithic tech (the spear head) they must live close by – ‘cause they aren’t traveling by car. The Waziri land doesn’t appear under water. Did the night people live underground and the chunk of hillside sliding away allow them to come out? If they’ve never been out before how do the Waziri know about them? If they’ve been out before why did they need a chunk of cliff falling off to get out? I’m confused.

A challenge for the Waziri warriors! Are these “Night People” cattle killers Ancient Ones released by the flood and hillside fall?
