What makes Tarzan think the city will trade for Tooms life? Maybe they would be happy to get rid of him.

Does that low, weird cry say “A-OOGA!” ☺

Ooga apparently hasn’t noticed what Tarzan’s loincloth is made out of. He’s fixin’ to find out the hard way. ;-)
