Yes, HBB and her mom would be the scariest. I don’t have TV and I still see their faces all over the internet. A producer actually agreeing to and getting that show on TV AND folks actually watching it really attests to the dumbing down of this country big time.

@ DryandDustyI really thought I saw it posted without the bling and you mentioned that you used it as an avatar, and at CD I got you and Shikamoo confused I guess. lol I am old and sometimes easily confused. I posted it there for Shikamoo in case she wanted some bling.

Well it seems Honey Boo Boo has been cancelled. Turns out Mama June is dating a child molester, who also happened to molest her oldest daughter when she was 2. Never watched the show, can’t believe anyone actually did! (Shaking head in disgust!)

Got a call last night, right after I had gotten into my jams to watch tv. A lady was down at PetCo and wanted to adopt the last kitty. I told her it would take at least 25 min to get there and off I went. Very nice lady and her teenage daughter. They had been holding and petting Misty for over an hour before she ever called me. Got the adoption done, loaned her a carrier and off they went. We loan out our carriers all of the time – people just return them to PetCo and they put in the lunchroom for us. NOT A SINGLE CAT WAS LEFT AT PETCO! Until tomorrow – the shelter got 15 cats in last week. Most have now been spayed/neutered. There is one that we don’t know what to do about. I’m open to suggestions.

She was a surrender. She has been fixed, and declawed. The problem is that she hates everyone. Not just cats. We don’t know if the declawing went wrong and she is in pain or what. The shelter woman told Susan that the cat will be put down tomorrow if Susan doesn’t get her out of there.

Susan is going to take her to her house and try to work with her but even getting her into a carrier is going to be very hard.

Just got back from seeing specialist at hospital. Still can’t track down cause of my dizzy spells. Grrrr…..Hiss…

Love all the Halloween kitties yesterday and today.

Just got some wonderful news over the phone, hubby’s disability has been approved and his payments will be backdated to December 2013! Now we just have to wait 2 – 3 months for paperwork to go from the powers that be to the people who actually do the work. Hopefully we can everything resolved before Christmas!!

Putting cat in carrier reminds me of opening scene in Jurassic Park, when they’re loading the velociraptor.

My husband used to work at a city animal shelter. They wouldn’t allow adoptions of black cats around Halloween lest somebody use them in some sick ritual. Perverted humans.
