Thanksgiving wishes to all my Ten cats friends all over the world.

Brad, Moose, Scooter, Casper and I hope everyone has a safe and happy day. The 2 current fosters are warm, safe and comfortable. The newest baby is getting his meds and his runs are clearing up. So, it’s a good day all around.

From Pitt Falls to Pittsburgh – sometimes being one of the Ten Cats can be the Pitts (says Mrs Pitt!)

Caerin, You said: " she never stops moving, pacing a lot." I rec’d a newsletter from my vet last week containing an article about cats and how they hide/mask pain.

It’s natural for them to do that in various ways, pacing is one of them and very common. Hope the vet can find the reason and that she’ll be fine.

Hmm, I think what I have is a picky cat. Brought home fresh cooked Turkey and she turned up her nose. She comes in and snuggles for awhile then gets restless and goes around again. She just had her annual checkup and the vet said she was healthy. Maybe it’s a bit of anxiety with the move from her former home. Next week I’m going to sign up for my pet insurance and make an appointment with the vet to get her acquainted, and change the chip to reflect new ownership. There is so much to do with a new cat! Still, one day at a time, and we’ll see. Good thought about the pacing though she is not so much pacing as restless. I will mention it to the vet however.Hope you all had a wonderful Turkey day. I went to friends and came home on the freeway, rain just bucketing down and people passing me going at least 75 mph. Nuts.
