One can tell Graham has progressed with his art work when you compare his early work to current.

I didn’t know about the strip until a few years after it started, so it’s good to see them from the beginning.

The kitties want to see the selection of Shrimp tails in person.

Listen Annie, you will soon learn that shoo, scat will be met with blank looks and no compliance, cause they’re CATS !

This strip was running a few years before I found it, but back then, I did go back to the beginning from when it was on GoComics (I never saw it on Sherpa) and I read the old ones. But it’s ben a long time, so I don’t remember these strips. So the old ones are new again.

Today is:

National Winnie-The-Pooh Day. I like Winnie-the-pooh, but I always liked Tigger and Eeyore best (I’m wearing an Eeyore sweatshirt right now).

This is every cat owner everywhere trying to get a cat to do (or not do) something.I’ve explained to Moose and Blackjack over and over that they only get treats once a day, in the morning, but they still follow us to the kitchen and sit there hoping it’s snack time. I’ve showed them the clock on the nuker. I’ve pointed out the darkness from the window in the evening. They even try it with Diane, the cat sitter, when we’re gone. She sends me pics of them staring at her longingly next to the treat cabinet.

The kitties sure look different in the old strips. Is that Lily and Mr Soames?

I can sometimes get Smudge to ’stay" if i am leaving the house.

You’ve got to be firm with a cat. Right! Ha!

Sorry, Annie, but cats seldom listen to what you say (or obey them, for that matter.) Maybe the kitties want to check out the seafood department. On another note, saw three chickadees, a rabbit, and a raven while out walking today.

On a sad note…just read that Yvette Mimieux passed away. She lives on here at TC…..

What in heaven’s name has happened to Annie? Speaking as an extremely mature cat care taker, I think Annie suddenly stopped getting her hair done, has developed a severe overbite and really needs glasses. I’m surprised the cats can recognize her.
