NATIONAL LOTTERY DAY. Does that mean that we’ll win if we buy a lottery ticket today? I don’t think so.

After reading the comments so far, I still don’t get the significance of the fourth panel with the hats.

Is this the first time Annie’s parental unit is shown? Do I remember right that she lives with her grandparents?

Hope that canary doesn’t run into Chesney. (Or worse, Lily.) I’m sure Oliver would easily befriend it, though. On another note, saw a Wilson’s warbler and seven chickadees while out walking today.

Why is there only one kitty here?
