I bought a large carton of mushrooms for Thanksgiving dinner, but I don’t remember why. So today I decided to male Cream of Mushroom Soup. It was go good, I’ll never buy the canned glop again. It was so easy…onions mushrooms, a little wine, some Thyme, chicken broth and some half and half. Yum !
Chesney good? Yeah, right. Annie’s not fooled. So much for the subliminal approach. On another note, saw two wrens, four varied thrushes, five juncos, a raven and six chickadees while out walking today.
