WORLD TRICK SHOT DAY

ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD DAY

NATIONAL HUG DAY. No! Don’t hug me today! I’m sick! I’ve been feeling under the weather since Friday, but not so bad that I couldn’t go to work. My temperature during those 3 days ranged from normal to around 99.1, which hardly qualifies as a fever. Lately, it’s been as high as 100.6. I can’t stop coughing and I have such chills, it’s hard for me to get warm. I’m going to bed in a few minutes, but if I’m not any better in the morning, I will have to call in sick. I don’t think anyone will want to get near me if I’m constantly coughing and gagging. I so rarely get sick -especially not sick enough not to go to work. Maybe it’s karma for calling in “sick” on Wednesday when I really wasn’t sick. Unless it counts saying that I was sick of working so hard.

Chesney Claus sounds worse than the Grinch! At least the Grinch saw the error of his ways. Chesney Claus, on the other hand, regrets nothing. On another note, saw four chickadees, nine juncos, a varied thrush, and eight golden crowned kinglets while out walking today.
