That’s nothing, tell your kids about the time when TV’s didn’t have Remotes! and you actually had to get up and walk to the TV and turn the knob to change channels! and watch their jaws drop in disbelief!!

I didn’t go to an indoor movie theatre until I was eight years old. Until then I thought there were only drive-ins.

Remember Cheech & Chong sneaking buddies into the drive-in in their trunk? The guys in the trunk didn’t survive. We used to do that when it wasn’t $5 a carload. Got caught a couple of times.

Don’t know if I can put this on here, but there is a web site called projectdrivein.com where you can vote for saving your favorite drive in theater.

we have several within driving distance but I prefer to go to a regular theater especially since they now charge per person rather than per car. bah
