There are two Fahrenheit 451 movies. I recently watched the 2018 version, which differed quite a bit from the original movie and really far from the book. Then I watched the Soylent Green movie – I haven’t read the book again yet, still waiting for it – I think it’s from 1973, also way after the book. Soylent Yellow and Soylent Red are made from soy and lentils respectively. Soylent Green was made from plankton, which gave it the green color, I guess, but the oceans were dying and the plankton also, so they started using people. Consumers really ate it up, you could say. I have enjoyed the movies and the first book, and look forward to the second book. I will happily take suggestions for other older books.
