When you're telling a story and your nouns go away: So so we got... One of those.. Whatchacallens... Ah.. Eh... Y'know... Pizza cutters! And we used that to fix the screen door! What was that? What? That pause! And you had to make that face to come up with pizza cutter? Oh, no. That was my panic! It's the final onset of senility! You'll never remember another noun again face. Don't worry! You're not really old and tell you forget to make the face.

…..and I can perfectly understand why you would use a pizza cutter to fix a screen door. It is very much like the tool you use to ah….eh…y’know…push the seal back into the ah….eh…y’know molding.

There is no reason to panic if we don’t remember nouns. The only time to worry is when other parts of speech start to go. I would write more but I am out of time and have to … uh … go very fast. ;)
