    avoid sugar and highly processed foods, add more fresh fruit and a few veggies and you will shed weight (albeit, slowly)

    Nothing like fresh fruit to help you lose weight. You can’t eat much because you are always on the throne.

    He is using the logic that past United States Congresses have used. They have claimed that by reducing the amount of increase of government spending that they have reduced the national debt. However anything they have spent that exceeded the amount collected in taxes has increased the national debt. There will be not decrease until the amount spent on government programs is less than the amount collected in taxes.

    Unfortunately, it seems that MEN CAN do that. At least, many that I know (my dad, my husband, all my nephew’s-in-law, brother’s-in-law, and father-in-law). They just make a small change, and they lose. The women in the family, not so much.
