I’ve always thought there was an evolutionary reason frogs-legs taste like fish-flavored chicken.
One of my favorite Farscape quotes is when Crichton remarks at a meal that it was the first thing he had out there that did NOT taste like chicken.

Not all birds taste like chicken (so I’m told) so presumable not all dinosaurs tasted like chicken either.
