The passwords to our health files changes every 6 months, so we are health-obsessed or locked out.

I refuse to do it on my phone. Screen too tiny.

I agree with Frank.

Everyone wants you to make an account for everything. I have over 30 main ones and a bunch of occasional ones. Gets old after a while.

Totally on board with you, Frank. No need to make it easy for them to spy on you.

Preparing for a recent doctor visit, I got an email directing me to go to the portal and fill out/update medical information. I did so. A few days later, when I arrived at the doctor’s office, I was greeted by a pleasant young woman who was the medical assistant who asked me the exact same questions that I had answered previously through the portal. I stated as much and all she could do, understandably, was just shrug and say she didn’t know why. I couldn’t fault her, she was simply doing her job as she had been instructed.

One recent trend about signing on to Web Sites that I actually like is that many of them will give you the option of signing on with your Google Account…

Ah, how did it know it was Frank if he wasn’t logged in?

It’s even worse when you want to report a spam message and have to create an account with a username and a password… UGH!
