I’ll take one, toasted !

My mother used to put butter on my peanut butter sandwiches and it was gross.

This would be a different funny in my language, as we call it “pindakaas” which translates to peanut cheese. Don’t know how that combination would taste either.

Butter and peanut butter sandwich was the alternate meal in the school cafeteria decades ago. It was pretty good and vastly superior to many of the meals that were normally served.

When I was a kid, I used to make ketchup sandwiches and butter n sugar sandwiches. Maybe that’s why I turned out like I did…..

I have this taste memory i can’t quite place—possibly peanut butter, butter and Gulden’s mustard!

Weird good or weird bad?

Just add some jam. Could be very delicious…..

It would probably taste better if you took the shells off the peanuts.

Put ’em in a blender, mix it in a bit of butter for texture and .. viola

My sister recently visited her best friend’s family for her wedding, and apparently they butter their pop-tarts. Generously.

Ahh … the joys of culinary exploration. Toby’s enthusiasm in the last panel made me chuckle.

If you have a blender and peanuts and s little salt it will be just a little different from brand peanutbutter. But yeah, you got to get the peanuts out of the shells of course…
