    NOLA, I couldn’t agree with you more. Lew, the gecko bothers me even worse than the Cavemen, because I could always convince myself that I had no idea what the Cavemen were thinking anyhow. The gecko is even smugger than they are.

    Commercials are one thing, but when it comes to deciding who to give my insurance money to, I go on quality, price and service. I may complain about the gecko til the cows come home (hopefully, all the way to Dusty’s grill), but I buy the gecko’s product anyway. I gotta accept whatever blame I deserve for that - I’m actually paying for the commercials that annoy me no end.

    I used to use the Gecko until they told me they wouldn’t insure my Trans-Am despite the fact that I had been with them for about 10 years and had never had a speeding ticket or an accident. I told them if they won’t insure that car, they won’t insure any of my cars.
