My fresh intel comes pretty much strictly from reading the comics. They take a different directions almost every day, and I enjoy trying to keep up with the artists’ variations.
News, on the other hand, has only news readers, who tout breaking news which isn’t, while tv screens are one quarter blocked with unnecessary banners announcing the obvious subject matter. When a camera actually airs an event, it rarely shows anything but a face shot of the actor-correspondent, who is reading the script, over the same ubiquitous banner. Depressing in itself.
