Iâm probably in the minority, but Iâve had coffee and eaten in many places over the years, and Starbucks really isnât bad or overpriced. Their plain black coffee (which is all I ever get) is maybe a dime more expensive than Dunkin Donuts (which Indislike). Their sandwiches are not much more than McDonalds and a whole lot better. But to each his own.
^Actually if you consider the rewards Starbucks gives, it is not too expensive. The coffee is not as good as some other (usually smaller) shops, but it is better than the large fast food chainsâ. Also; people joke about spending $5 on a cup of coffee, but that would be the larger âfancyâ drinks. Thatâs my rant for the night.
I drink my coffee black and bitter, and Iâve found Starbuckâs to be too strong: burnt, even. McDâs, since they went to Newmanâs Own (which is what I drink at home in my Keurig) is decent, and so is DDâs new dark roast. The stuff I really like I canât drink: upsets my tummy (to the point that I got an ulcer!)
If you like industrial food-like products you probably wonât like Food Babe and similar foodies. Youâre paying taxes to subsidize the GMO corn and soy that are the primary feedstocks of the industrial system.
I am too poor to bother with fast junk food outlets; all my disposable income goes into the deep dark hole of government subsidies and student loans. I tried Starbucks traditional coffee and it tasted to me like French Roast.

The Food Babe is more concerned about ingredients than she is about how the food tastes. Just go to:-foodbabe.com

âFoodbabeâ is evidently so concerned with ingredients she canât even be bothered to tell the truth about them.
