I’ve never had the inclination to be a team mascot. Cheerleader? Of course. But, not a team mascot.

I was struck in the last panel how much Dad is drawn like Sterling. Does that mean Dad was a mutant kid growing up as well? Gives one hope for Sterling…

I thought Spud was going to be the mascot.
