Hmm. I do that all the time in front of the TV, and it has no effect at all on what happens next. Maybe I’ve been misunderstanding the appeal of the theater all these years…

They thought they were safe since they left Sterling at home..

Spud is definitely into this play. He is really going to embarrass his future wife on many occasions and also make her life one of the most interesting lives imaginable …..

Its been done so many times in so many ways. Not too original these days and even a sleepfest unless you are afraid of everything like Spud.

Things sure have changed from when I went to rock concerts in the 80s. I was at one recently and one audience member used a cigarette lighter during a slow song and the ushers were all over that and had him put it out. I guess only a cigarette lighter app/cell phone light is acceptable now. I couldn’t even imagine if someone brought fireworks into a show like they used to. Probably be arrested.

You ought to expect this kind of thing when you put on a play for kids.

I’d love to tell you all about an on-stage actors nightmare when I was Wallace’s age. Pardon m? Oh. I played the part of Father in the third grade production of Books Are Our Friends. This is what I must share with the gang . Today I received (I presume) Christmas gifts from dear friends in West Kingston, Rhode Island. When the wind is coming from the Southwest they can smell Snug Harbor’s mud flats at low tide. On the outside of the USPS printed package is a big picture of WALLACE!! It is sooo cool! Congrats to Wil and his proud kin for his receiving this recognition of his magnificent creation.
