With the town crier being out of fashion, I guess twitter is as public as you can possibly get. International infamy is but a click, with no filter, away.
Actually it can’t be 1 o’clock in the morning. The waxing crescent Moon in panel means that it must be late afternoon/early evening a little after sunset. That’s the only time you can see the Moon in that phase.
