In the old Get Smart series, the writers wanted to have a scene where there was quicksand. Standards & Practices said “no! Kids’ll see that and think it’s fun and push each other in it!” or words to that effect. The writers said “can we call it supersand? It’s like quicksand, only quicker” and S&P said “fine”.
