My agency is starting to head back to work in our office building (we have been working from home for two years). One thing they want to start is a NO MEETINGS time block. Setting aside 4 hrs. on one day a week (the same block of time and day for EVERYBODY) so people can have an uninterrupted period of time to get some work done. No meetings, no phone calls, no emails (unless it is urgent related to the work you are doing. But it has to be urgent – not something that can wait). Will be interesting to see how it goes.
