The point? He spent way too much on his education and now wants his student loan to be forgiven? :\

It never takes long for a Harvard or Yale grad to let you know where they went. Like it’s a special class that they must attend in order to graduate.

Paying far more than necessary for no more education than they’d get a couple miles away at UMass Boston. Or Yale the same with UConn. Where you went to college generally has so little bearing on your life it’s not even funny.

I live in a fairly comfortable community, and I swear it seems that it’s so important that the PARENTS make sure everyone else knows where their child is going, not even the kid really cares.

It’s not the education you get at the Ivies etcetera. It’s the contacts you make with rich people and some people who will become rich.

Better is you can go to a private boarding school, where even better contacts can be made.

Worked with an MIT graduate, or should say tried to work with an MIT graduate. He had lots of attitude, and impressed bosses with his doublespeak, but could not deliver anything practical. But he also checked off the company’s minority hire box so he was golden no matter what…
