Sadly there are many that think wars are won solely with air power. No war will ever be fought and “won” (no one wins, it’s like a divorce in that there are just degrees of losing) without having boots on the ground.
A friend of mine and I had to explain to a civilian why tanks cannot operate safely without infantry support.

Sorry to say, all wars from now on have be well trained personal and leaders, they are called boots on the ground.
