My second most used appliance — especially during the summer, when I don’t want to use the oven (I use my microwave a little more, but not much). Some day I may even try it for real cooking, not just heating frozen fake meat products and baking sweet potatoes!
I asked for one for Christmas 2 years ago thinking I would only use it once in a while… 3 months later we bought a bigger one and use BOTH regularly… I rarely use my oven anymore!
Now that I’ve put some leftover tiles from a bathroom remodel under it on the counter, I routinely use it for the smaller oven jobs, including reheating (something my wife had started doing with the oven instead of the microwave due to better texture). Much faster and cooler, and as noted, energy-saving.
And here’s me with my crusty old disgrace of a little toaster oven that does just one temperature—very hot. Choose top element, bottom, or both—that’s it. Timer on a clock spring, nothing digital about it. Heats up much faster than regular oven, I use it for nearly everything.

I never thought we’d use ours, and only got it to keep my partner happy – it’s our most used appliance now.

I went through that phase but the one I bought was too small and life is too short for multiple batch cooking. :)

I refuse the air fryer. I did not use the small instant pot. You will take my crockpots away from my cold, dead fingers though.
