You’re a good dad, Adam. Making memories you and your son will cherish forever. Wrecking the neighbors’ house, not being at a game night….

Neighbors on either side of us have only grass and throw the sticks and branches from our trees back into our yard. Don’t know if I should be insulted or thank them for it.

If this is an actual jet engine (most likely requiring a license he doesn’t possess), why not just get a flame thrower, stand in the middle of the yard, and roast ’em, before they hit the ground?

After a couple of decades dealing with our own lawn/leaves I finally convinced husband that even together we can no longer physically do so and we needed to find a new gardening service. Amazingly after a couple of decades also dealing with our snow clearing on our own as everyone we called said “no residential, commercial only” after a particularly bad winter back then, this gardener (who was doing the work for one of our neighbors) actually listed residential snow clearance on his website).

Nirvana – no need to deal with any of it- just like back in the 1980-s and 90s. No more shoveling leaves with a snow shovel into garbage bag after garbage bag. (Shoveling? Well it was the only system which worked for us.)
